“Beyond the Diploma”: A Webinar on Skills-Based Hiring

Earlier this month, we invited HR professionals, managers, and business leaders to attend our one-hour webinar on skills-based hiring where we shared real-world success stories and provided practical strategies for identifying and assessing the right talent—regardless of formal education.

During the webinar, “Beyond the Diploma: Hiring for Skills That Matter”, we gained some insights on how companies and organizations are approaching hiring practices, challenges, and assessments through our interactive exercises, polls, and chat prompts.
